How it works

We offer a simple and easy way to host your parties. Build your “package” by choosing a few options, and we do all the rest for you. This way you can just arrive on the day and enjoy the party with your guests

THEMES

Pick your theme

When you pick one of our themes, we provide all the decor for you working with the theme. This will include draping, bunting, balloons, table cloths, cushions, assorted paper decor and more.


  • Cowboys - Browns, Blues and Red Gingham. Cowboy hats and bandanas.
  • Unicorns - Rainbow colors, unicorns everywhere.
  • Pink Pony Party - All shades of pinks and all the pretty ponies.
  • Blue Pony Party - All shades of blues and horsey fun.
  • Day at the Races - Red and Green, all things jockey & fabulous
  • Elegant Black and White - Elegant and simple. Black and white decor with a hint of luxury.

The above options are our standard themes. These can often work well with a pre-chosen them by you.
Alternatively you can choose no theme - meaning you don’t get any decor, or you can query for a more personalized theme.

**Price for theme is for up to 40 persons.

ACTIVITIES

Pick your activities

You can pick the activities that will best suit your group, their ages and your budget.

  • Meet the Minis - Dress up, jump course, brushing and cuddling with the minis
  • Pony Rides - 1hr of larger horses being led by a handler, kids take turns to have 5 min rides each. As many rides as they want during this time.
  • Putt-Putt - 9 hole putt putt course
  • Trail Ride - 2hr horse riding trail ride (max 4 persons per trail, weight dependant)
  • Boeresport Games - We facilitate 3 typical boeresport style games, and provide prizes for all participants.
  • Photo Booth - We provide a photographer for 1-2 hours who does a “photo booth” where your guests can get their photos taken, with or without minis. Only digital photos provided.
  • Splash Out - Enjoy an hour of cooling off in our splash pool. NB. No life guard, parents must supervise at all times.
  • Sand Art - Sand art workshop with sand art bottle and cards.
  • No Activities - Just use our venue, without including any of the activities.

Pick your food choices

We now offer assorted food and drink options to make your life even easier.

  • Hot Dogs
  • Cheese Burgers
  • Pizza (25cm, assorted flavors)
  • Sodas (assorted flavors)
  • Cake in a tub (individual servings instead of a big cake)
  • Party Packs - (lucky packet/loot bag with assorted sweets, chips and a toy)
  • Other foods and drink options can be requested.
  • Bring your own food

Bookings

When to book & Pay

  • A R200 deposit is required to reserve a date for your party. Please try to reserve your party date approximately 4 weeks ahead of the party.
  • At least 2 weeks before your party, you will need to confirm the number of guests, and what you wish to include in your package.
  • Once you have confirmed your number and package choice, we will invoice you for your party.
  • You will need to make a 50% deposit no later than 5 days after the invoice is sent.
  • Final, complete payment is due 7 days before your party in order to make all arrangements, buy all stock and be ready to give you the best possible party.
