Themes

Pick your theme

When you pick one of our themes, we provide all the decor for you, while still working with the theme.

This will include draping, bunting, balloons, table cloths, cushions, assorted paper decor and more.

Cowboys – 🤠 Browns, Blues and Red Gingham. Cowboy hats and bandanas.
Unicorns – 🦄 Rainbow colors, unicorns everywhere.
Pink Pony Party – 🩷 All shades of pinks and all the pretty ponies.
Blue Pony Party – 💙 All shades of blues and horsey fun.
Elegant Black and White – 🏁 Elegant and simple. Black and white decor with a hint of luxury.

The above options are our standard themes. These can often work well in line with a pre-chosen theme by you.

Alternatively you can choose no theme – meaning you don’t get any decor, or you can query for a more personalized theme.

**Price for theme is for up to 40 persons.**

Activities

Pick your activities

You can pick the activities that will best suit your group, their ages and your budget.

Meet the Minis @ R70pp – Dress up, jump course, brushing and cuddling with the minis
Pony Rides @ R50pp – 1hr of larger horses being led by a handler, kids take turns to have 3-5 min rides each. As many rides as they want during this time.
Putt-Putt @ R15pp – 9 hole putt putt course. Can be done up to 3 times in the day.
Boeresport Games @ R60pp – We facilitate 3 typical boeresport style games, and provide prizes for all participants.
Photo Booth @ R500 up to 30 pax – We provide a photographer for 1-2 hours who does a “photo booth” where your guests can get their photos taken, with or without minis. Alternatively you may choose to have them follow your party group with activities for 1-2 hours. Only digital photos provided.
Face Painting @ R35 per person – Face Painting done by an artistically talented member of our team.
Sand Art @ R75pp – Sand art workshop with sand art bottle and cards.
No Activities @ R30pp – Just use our venue, without including any of the activities.

Self-Catering
A R300 self-catering fee applies if you choose to bring your own food. This R300 will be provided back to you as credit to be used at our Meet the Minis Cafe on the day of your party. (No refunds if you do not use it)

Bookings

When to book & pay

A R200 deposit is required to reserve a date for your party. Please try to reserve your party date approximately 4 weeks ahead of the party. The earlier you book, the more we can help you.
At least 2 weeks before your party, you will need to confirm the number of guests, and what you wish to include in your package.
Once you have confirmed your number and package choice, we will invoice you for your party.
You will need to make a 50% deposit no later than 5 days after the invoice is sent.
Finally, complete payment is due 7 days before your party in order to make all arrangements, buy all stock and be ready to give you the best possible party.

To ensure your party receives our best available discounts and priority scheduling, please note the following conditions apply:

Advance Booking: Secure your date at least 4 weeks in advance.
Venue Inclusion: Booking must include our dedicated venue hire.
Guest Minimum: A minimum of 5 children must be attending. At least 1 adult must accompany every 2 children under 5yrs old or every 3 children over 5yrs old at all times.
Adults: Our parties, while marketed for children, are for adults also. Therefore, for parties catering to children under 16, we will give free entry to meet the minis for 1 adult for every 3 children. Thereafter, adults will be expected to pay the full entrance fee if they will be participating. If they will not be participating, they will fall under the “No Activities” cost of R30pp as seen in the above “Activities” section.
Minimum Spend: A total minimum spend of R1200 for the party.
Cancellations: Should you cancel your party less than 30 days prior to the party date, the R200 date reservation deposit will be non-refundable. Should you cancel your party 4-14 days prior to the party date, a 50% of the final party cost will be non-refundable.
Should you cancel or change the party date 4 or less days before your party, you will forfeit the full party cost.
Date Change Policy: We will gladly reschedule your party to a new available date at no additional charge, should you change your date between 14-30 days prior to the original booking. Your existing R200 deposit will be transferred to the new booking.
Should you make a change to the booking between 5-13 days prior to the original booking, a R500 fee will be charged.
